Olde World Series by Rocky Patel

Postby Cigarmonkey » Mon Jun 11, 2007 6:47 pm

For all the fans out there who love the 1926 & 1964 Padrons, you must try the Olde World Series by Rocky Patel. They are hard to find and very easy to please. A must try. Once you smoke one of these gems, you will no longer be talking about the 1926 or 1964. It's hard to believe but it is true. There is some competition and Rocky Patel's Olde World will put up a good fight.

Give it a try and you will not be disappointed. [smilie=icon_smile_5008.gif]

You know I think my local shop carries these but I have not got that far with my purchases yet. I'm glad you brought them up, I needed a push toward them.

I've got one of these sitting in my humidor. I'm saving it for a special occasion. I'd probably be more willing to smoke it if I knew I could easily get a replacement. Our local B&M says they're on order but can't get them.

Now that you've got me thinking about about it, I may just go ahead and fire it up.

I just picked up two of these tonight, I'm going to do my best to let them sit a month. I can't wait to have them.

I have about decided to save mine until our anniversary coming up August 20th. It will be our 35th. Should be just the right occasion! [smilie=icon_lol.gif]

Wowsa, this smoke had a lot jumping out at ya. I paired it with a sweater wine and don't think it was the best combo. I think it will be better with a dry red. I'm going to hold off on my thoughts until I have at least the other one I have... Hope to be next week [smilie=icon_smile_5008.gif]

Olde World Reserve. Had it given to me as a gift a couple of weeks ago.....WOW..was I impressed.

So smooth. Smoke bellows. Easy draw. The flavor was kind of a dark raosted expresso flavor. Just plain good. Highly, highly recommended!!
