Saturday July 14, 2007 Cuesta-Rey Cigar Bar will host the 10th Annual Cuesta-Rey Devil Rays Charity Smoker after the Yankees vs. Devil Rays game at Tropicana Field. It is a annual event that benefits The Cigar Family Charitable Foundation in the Dominican Republic. The Cigar Family Charitable Foundation is a 501c(3) created to provide education, clean drinking water and to dramatically improve the overall health and well-being for five rural communities in the Bonao region of the Dominican Republic. $80 will get baseball and cigar enthusiasts into the event to mingle with Tampa Bay Devil Rays players, coaches, managers and owners for an evening of food, drinks, music and Cuesta-Rey cigars. The game, cigars, drinks and get to mingle with a couple players would be enough to get me hooked in but no such luck. Well if you have seen me the food is a definite up point of this event.
