Cigar Review: Arganese Maduro Robusto
In the next couple weeks I will be reviewing cigars out of a Arganese sampler that was sent to me for review. This is part one of six.
Information from Arganese:

Pre-light: The Arganese maduro has a rugged look to it. I found that the foot had a spongy give to it and the rest of the cigar was solid. A couple mid sized veins is all that sticks out on the wrapper and this cigar looks like it should be a meaty smoke. Has a slight musty smell, firm draw and just a little spice.
The burn: The burn line was razor sharp all the way down. The draw was good throughout with some firmness. You get a good amount of smoke. The light grey ash could have lasted longer only giving me about an inch. Black lines gave the light ash some character with some black lines from the veins.
The taste: I picked up some Jalapeno spice in the beginning. Others include some leather, sweet maduro and maybe some coffee. I noticed that I got a thick film covering in my mouth. I could taste this cigar for a couple hours after smoking it.
Over all: I would call this cigar closer to full than medium. At under $5 each box price this is a good smoke. If your looking for good maduro at a affordable price you might want to give this one a try. You can pick a box of the Figurado for $99 or a 5-pack for $31.75 at CigarMonkey, inc.
